I’m Sophie Herschtel Keldsen, a true European—half French, half German—living in Denmark for over 20 years with my Danish husband and our two children.

With a Master’s in EU Business and Law, I’ve spent nearly two decades in global roles, mainly in Product and Category Management at companies like Jabra, Sony Mobile, Bang & Olufsen, and Pandora. Having worked both as an individual contributor and team leader, I understand the challenges professionals face across different cultures and organizational structures. This deep experience shapes the practical and relevant coaching I offer today.

I’ve personally experienced the transformative power of coaching, and my goal is to make it accessible to everyone within organizations to boost satisfaction, motivation, performance, and overall quality of life. I believe everyone has the potential to shine, and coaching is the key to unlocking that brilliance.

I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, which is one of the most thorough coaching education on the market. I am also a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) from Positive Intelligence.
